You don't have an answer and your 2nd grade redirect was a fail. That makes you the dummy.
Who are the leaders, and in what specifically?
The leader of d-mb questions
"GM isn't the leader in any technology."

GM isn't the leader in any technology.
Do our customers even care?
Or they just want to buy the same nameplates they've been buying for the last 50 years since they got their drivers licenses?
GM doesn't have any cards. Also, they don't have any minerals. EV, AV, fuel cell, and subscriptions are failures. They have a 3rd rate ICE technology.

You are misinterpreting what was being said. The loser is the man in your mirror
"A poverty mindset, also known as a scarcity mentality, is a psychological"
Did you just repackage DEI? This sounds like you are selling people DEI.
You losers need to be more useful in society.
I think you might be a NET SINK.
A poverty mindset, also known as a scarcity mentality, is a psychological
state where individuals believe that there isn't enough to go around and
that they need to compete with others for limited resources. This mindset
can lead people to think that success, abundance, and happiness are
reserved for a select few, and that they themselves don't have what it
takes to achieve these things.
The poverty mindset was first identified by John Gibbs in his 1986 book
"Creating Your Own Reality." He argued that this way of thinking is based
on fear, lack, and limitation, and that it can hold people back from
achieving their full potential.
Some common characteristics of a poverty mindset include:
- Fear: People with a poverty mindset often live in fear of not having
enough. They worry about running out of money, resources, or
opportunities.
- Lack: They believe that they lack the skills, talents, or
abilities to succeed. They may feel like they're not good enough or smart
enough.
- Competition: A poverty mindset is all about competition and scarcity.
People believe that there are only so many spots available at the top, and
that they need to fight for them.
- Limited thinking: Those with a poverty mindset often have limited
thinking patterns. They may struggle to see beyond their current
circumstances or imagine alternative solutions.

"Fair enough, what are the expectation for the upper management?"
Externalizing the root cause again. Sad.
Along the lines of "But the 1%!" and "When do we get the stimulus, man?"
Poverty mindset.
'Boo hoo I'm asked to meet expectations!'
Fair enough, what are the expectation for the upper management?
Since they make a lot, we should expect a lot.
If they don't meet those expectations, they should be fired.
We live in a pyjamas and Crocs culture.
I don't feel sorry for any of you debt slaves.
Consumerism meets the fat, entitled office worker.
Boo hoo I'm asked to meet expectations!
As an old ex GMer from the BOC/CPC days... nothing new. Toxic as it ever was.
GM used to be about leadership behaviors and a values-driven work ethic. Now, it's just disgusting "Lord of The Flies" mentality. We don't even build good reliable vehicles for our customers so there is not much to be proud of.
Redundant post. It's been said again and again.
This is what happens when you have investors attached to an infinite money supply called the Fed.
Anything can be propped up now, no matter how poorly it does.
This allows all sorts of shady characters to stay and be employed.
You might as well be working in the Soviet Union.
