Thread regarding Cisco Systems Inc. layoffs

G12 Indirectly forcing me to quit

Trying outside but not working
Now they are discriminating and trying to point my mistakes in meeting

Worst thing is ignoring me

Hope such people meet their KARMA soon

The name of the game, when running a large, multi-group, project; is to identify the named individuals that become points-of-contacts necessary to complete the work. Poor or non-communicators then become the identified risks to complete the job smoothly. In reality, the project often cannot be completed in the time requested because the scope of work is too much. The blame for the project not being on time or up to standards is instead shifted to the individuals on the team, that are ineffective communicators, often protected by their offshore manager.

The big mistake is ... to ignore them

If you are their target, and you do not answer, they will continue.
Instead, you should show them that they should pay the highest price if they attack you. Honor has no price. Who wants the peace has to prepare the war.

You should challenge them. If they discriminate you, show them how incompetent they are. Most of time, they know that employees are afraid, that they will not answer, never respond.

You should not wait for karma, you should be their karma.

Document everything
Find your G12 wife and make her pregnant
Pay a private inspector who will collect critical information that will be pushed on the web
You should show you G12 that you will be its nightmare till the end of its life
You should do a list of the friends of your G12, and also target them, like this they will not be strong enough to help the G12

You can use TOR, use AI and bot that will create pages on a blog displaying the person of your G12, with a repetition of the publication ... all over the world

In a private forum, you will find better technics

And do not forget, they will do the same with you. If they know your new employer, they will do everything to destroy your reputation.

That is how those !IT guys grow to Director and above, doing blame game. If you were pushed out.. be sure not to tell cisco people about your next job.. they will follow and retaliate you..

You might be getting managed out of your job if:

  1. Everything you do is suddenly micromanaged.
  2. You're being given impossible tasks with unrealistic deadlines.
  3. You're excluded from important meetings.
  4. Your responsibilities are reduced or shifted to less desirable tasks.
  5. Your achievements are ignored or downplayed.
  6. Reasonable requests for time off, training or resources are consistently denied without valid reasons.
  7. Your position or similar roles are being advertised externally.
  8. You're penalised for minor infractions others get away with.

Pointing out your mistakes isn't 'ignoring' you. Maybe try being better?

Getting promoted to G12 is a curse. Barely get extra money in bonus, BUT get tone of extra baggage and visibility that doesn’t go well with responsibility. It’s a sure way to getting pushed out. Blame it on managers and see how far that takes you.
