Checking RTW swipes

Has anyone had their manager tell them they checked their swipes and have not been coming to the office? Seems like each department is handling this differently

Just come into the office, then you have nothing to worry about.

The L2s have the data at an individual level and know who hasn’t stepped foot in the office. May not have impacted salary and STI this year but likely will be used for in-year promotion determination and next years comp cycle. I don’t know why AIG won’t share the data with managers and even employees as many other large global companies do!

Last year there was a spreadsheet doing the rounds of how often people were swiping into the office.

At first they were just flagging those who hadn't been in a office for 12 months. Then they started identifying those who were averaging less than one a week.

Some offices don't require individuals to swipe in. If you arrive as a group in an elevator for example, then only one person's pass is used to access the office.

Then there are some countries in Europe where this data is not allowed to be reviewed.

This all meant last year that while America was issuing this mandate it could only be implemented partially in International.

I suspect it'll only be used where they are looking to punish individuals. With the STIs this year we have seen a big push from above to have less people in the hire appraisal ratings and the STI company multiplier seems very poor compared to how well PZ says the company is doing.

In Europe there are no changes yet. Here all this RTO fervor doesn't exist for now... Actually, most of AIG competitors here offer 3 days a week of WFH. Nevertheless, they are clearly taking note of who's in the office everyday
