Your volumes and sales are bad. Godsend?

I'm in the UK, the legislation here on High Fat Salt and Sugar (HFSS) was a godsend for Pepsico, we were able to reformulate quickly and beat competition, meaning we could advertise and run in store off shelf promo, while they could not. The reduced salt chips (crisps !) taste great and they're much better for my blood pressure.

It’s coming. Ok then plan for it. If it takes out cheaper dollar store and private label options, better for us

Snap isn’t going to be around for most much longer. Medicaid either. Feels like a preemptive move by Texas to protect hospitals by trying to keep people healthier. No one should eat most of the sh-t PepsiCo produces in reality.

No one is coming for your freedoms. If you want to buy the ultra processed foods, then get a job and buy them with cash, not SNAP. Freedom!!

Also, requiring food and beverage companies to remove harmful ingredients is NOT coming after the company. It is simply asking them to be responsible and accountable to their customers. No harm here. Move along.

Government coming for freedom. Hopefully by limiting cheap HFCS and overprocessed, non-nutritional, dollar store options from snap will offer a path to healthy options for our marginalized and poor population.

Frozen, canned, packaged fo
od is what many rely because it's cheap.
