I have confirmed with multiple contacts in our quality department that the company is strategically reviewing/scoring targeted individuals. This is almost evident by the results across multiple offices. There are several of us putting this data together to validate and share across the property offices as this is as unethical as it gets. When they want someone gone they truly set them up to fail which is VERY openly discussed across leadership lines. I am just tired of seeing our adjusters get unfairly treated. It has gone on too long!

Qa/Qi whatever are bunch busibodoes conpletely out touch wirh front line customer facing production, and change s___ to justify their existence at year end only, when 99% is unncessary, creates MORE unneeded inefficient work; and is a general waste time. Micromanage nonsense.

OP, you’re absolutely right. Someone I know had to fight to get a QA taken off their numbers because the QA team was wrong. I hate all of this babysitting.
