A visit to the sonos.com website provides no clue regarding any changes that would entice existing customers to resume building or adding to their sound systems. A statement or a link to a statement on the home page, detailing the changes and benefits of continued investment, should be prominent on the company home page.
Communication with customers is key to a turnaround, assuming enough guaranteed value is offered. If that value is non-existent, obscured, hidden, or needs a search to be discovered then communication is sorely lacking.
