Does the delay mean Zayo is likely to acquire fiber?

Look at the social media for professionals. See who/what company has been looking at your profile.
They need to explain how they’re writing off $5b to the investors since the valuation of fiber and small cell is around $10b and not the $15b they were expecting. After earnings expect a mass email for an all hands. Either TPG swept in and bought it for 10 or they’re splitting the assets for 5 each. Zayo gets the fiber and TPG gets the nodes or the other way around. Who really knows. We’ll find out soon enough.
It doesn’t not necessarily mean Zayo has bought fiber, it means that someone likely bought fiber…
That’s a ludicrous deduction there. “My girlfriend is going to be late getting home. That must mean she’s sleeping with the mailman.” I guess if you’re that d-mb, that might really be the case.

I bet they are just pushing out they lost a lot of money and the stocks are about to crash.
DS only got fired by JB, he’s now just walking away with fatter pockets from the borrowed time the company bought from him after he agreed to stay on for a year so we didn’t look like as much of a joke to the street
The delay either points to a sale with last minute negotiations delaying the earnings, or that the EMT doesn't have their stuff together and shouldn't be in the positions they're in because they're incompetent. With that said, it's most likely both since the CFO is getting canned.
It means that the earnings release was delayed.

There has to be a deal if not crown won’t survive. Our financials won’t allow us to keep fiber and grow. Which could mean they announce something no one is thinking about.
There’s a board meeting in Canonsburg tomorrow (today for EST folks). Zayo had a board meeting 2 weeks ago and earnings last week where they mentioned a capital raise for expansion.
That said, for all we know the delay is because of TPG or someone else coming back/to the table late
