What’s the point with the fabricated performance numbers for the how and what ratings?

This company always found a way to waste money and then blamed on us when the works don't get done. They sc--wed up for outsourcing all Recordkeepings to India and TCS and then blamed on us as well.
For those in Jax and Denver who are not relocating, development goals are completely pointless but easy.
Take courses or meet with folks to get help with resume, improve interviewing skills, and develop a transition plan to cross train their replacements.
My goals are so generic that I just copy+paste them from year to year. It’s not that I’m lazy, I just don’t care (since this place doesn’t care about me).
It just stupid busy work. Don’t even put a min into it. Just have ChatGPT do it for you.
