Good Managers

I have been grateful enough to learn from all of my past and current managers. Even if it wasn't a great experience. I have had terrible to exceptional manager. I know that for me the most important thing they can do is to always tell me how to do better. I consider myself to be life long learner and by improving my skills opens up opportunities I never thought possible. I am truly sorry for those who have yet to experience what it's like to have management that's good.

Striving for excellence is too much of a goal for present walmart corp. culture. Integrity , the customer is number one too much of a demand anymore.

There are plenty of good, considerate and thoughtful managers. Even at home office there’s some. Many at home office, though, are mindless lemmings that exist solely to Brian nose their bosses. This is a horrible situation in Bentonville, and I’d never recommend anyone work in that forsaken place.
