I wish they would stop stringing along the HRACs, 44 of us and they are going to get that number down to 22, but no details on when so we sit and wait. Of course they wants us all to go find jobs outside of the company so they don't have to pay us a package. I want to tell my boss to have them pick me to be let go. I am so over this payroll system
Wish they would offer VRP to hourly employees, and wonder if they plan outsourcing any other products, other than Aquafina ?
Also the Philippines the outsourcing in Winston Salem will go to India and Philippines.

May / June is the heavier window for more activity. In plan for more reductions. Ongoing for the foreseeable future. Google productivity plan extension to 2030. Setting aside lots of $ to cover (among other things) employee separation costs.

@jf+1jmtwrady - They won't be here long. They just rescinded a whole bunch of offers. They're not backfilling many of the VRP people. Those left will need to brush up on their Spanish.

I was about to get the boot and I was able to avoid it. I identified as an "employed marginalized individual" and HR couldn't disagree with me. Wishing everyone the same success.

Guidance for Corporate, L9- roles should go to GBS. Teams can either wait for normal attrition prior to moving the roles outside of the US or eliminate the US role.
Just L8 and below? Over the years this company has sent L9, L10, L11, LG1-LG4 roles abroad. What’s stopping them now?
Heard anyone L8 and below who are Analysts will be outsourced to Mexico. So while roles are not going away, people will.
