Just do the bare minimum and always look for something else. You can be the worker of the year, but it won’t mean anything when your time is up. Don’t put yourself in a position to regret all the time and effort you invested in your work when they inevitably kick you to the curb. I made that mistake with my first job, and ever since, I haven’t cared about being laid off. It’s ten times easier when you’re not invested.

Posted by a true DEI hire, you can tell by the work ethic and the entitlement attitude!! Probably an L8+!
I pioneered doing the bare minimum and quiet quitting in Plano back in the 90s. I was surprised how long it took them to finally lay me off, but I still managed to get in a 25 year career and retire with a big pension and giant 401K. Thank you PEP.
Do the bare minimum on my watch and you'll get swung on

Dont be worker of the year…check

That describes the majority of our workforce now that culture and morale has been completely eroded to the point of indifference.
