Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

Full time troll here reporting for duty.

Former laid off employee here.

Just making my annual pilgrimage to the layoff site to see how much things have not changed since my departure a few years back around the same time in the calendar. Its pretty cathartic actually. The layoff / role elimination / off-shoring cadence appears to be pretty predictable at this point.

I fall into the 35 percentile range. I am a troll, certainly not random, and laid off/ retired.

15% here, just watching this glorious dumpster fire unfold. No matter how many they layoff/outsource, it’s still not going to fix the problems. All senior management needs to get the axed, pricing needs to be reduced, and double down on products that sell vs this innovation cr-p. Until someone can pull their head from their fourth point of contact, this company will continue its tailspin.
