Thread regarding 3M layoffs

Chief of Strategy?

I assume this role is the next step in building a team who plots our next major spins. Thoughts?

Strategy is a huge problem here at 3M; I’m actually afraid of what they’ll come up with next. 3M employees are victims of horrific management practices. Please bring in someone familiar with humans to strategize and lead. Thanks much.

I am a d-mb, low level guy working at the bench level for several years now.

It seems to me that everyone in management is involved in making strategic plans. From my mid level manager to my SVP.

So my d-mb question is, Why is this company not growing ?

Will hiring another Strategy person help ?

Get Elon Musk in for a few days.
1st day USAC.
2nd day Apac.
3rd day EMEA.

Surely one of our ethical 3M executives has a son or daughter who works for a consulting firm skilled at engineering savings benefits that’ll never deliver beyond delivery of a PowerPoint slide deck. Anyone? I’ll begin work on a firewall while y’all investigate our options.
