There is absolutely no reason to continue wasting your life here. I'm personally excited about the chance of being laid off and getting paid to leave this toxic mess.

If you do get laid off it will be the best thing that ever happened to you even though you don't think it is at the time. I was forced to retire and found a new job in less than 3 months with better pay, benefits and the culture is amazing. I didn't realize how toxic PepsiCo was until I was gone. Good Luck !
I felt the same way when I was unceremoniously walked out the door ( mysteriously 6 months before I turned 55) but I found another job in 5 weeks and had double pay and benefits for a year, it worked out great. There is a big and less toxic world outside of PEP, so celebrate the change.
By the time our day is done, Ramon Laguarta will have pocketed $100,615.44—but we’re the “problem”.
