Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

I’m stumped. Why no word on org changes?

In my years, I’ve never seen a PepsiCo layoff where the beans haven’t been spilled across this site, other sites, social media, whatever. I know, it’s not really any of my business and it’s important to be respectful of the pain many are feeling … but I also am at a loss for how it’s been so buried. I guess from all of the Athina hate, I can gather S&T unfortunately had impacts, and I know about the Frito Liberty site. But tough to believe there’s not major losses or reorg happening outside of that, especially since Plano and OPO were both told to stay home for three days. I just wish there was some sort of idea what our business and ops will look like come Monday (and not from the mouth of a bunch of execs or town halls and stuff). Am I alone here???

I don't think they're done. You watch something happen in March.

Most of the whiners are admins, S&T and beverage wa-kers. Nothing to talk about on the FL side.

I don’t think S&T is being hit much if at all. I could be wrong, but S&T and IT reorged last year to some extent so I think cuts will be elsewhere.

100% with you. It's been so quiet. Also, I don't think S&T global was hit at all.
