We are being told that managers, in claims, do not have the numbers for STI or merit increases yet, is that true?
Finding weird we are supposed to get paid our STI next week but they still do not have any numbers?

I got news about my STI plus a small salary increase on Thursday 20 Feb. Every year I have received an STI above 100%, also this time but only a few bucks more. Many had less than 100% STI even with " fully met" marks this year .
Yeah if you haven’t received yours that’s on your manager. Our dept was same as last year

Yeah, got my numbers today.
Received STI news Wednesday this week. It needs the managers to release the compensation statement though. This may not have happened for everyone.

I’m in claims. We got our information on Tuesday.
It’s the same stuff every year. They play games. I am so glad I got out.
