Do yourself a favor and don’t find out how much a Director is compensated. You look at many of these absolutely incompetent up-failing imposters and how much they are making and it ki-ls your morale to know that such blatant imbeciles are leeching that much with so little leadership, knowledge and experience.
- 5% I was told base increase was 3.0, then your leader has a budget to play with up to get you up to 5.0%. Bonus was 1.5x for personal factor, can't really complain.
It was 3.5% regardless of individual performance.
What’s up with some of the recent Director promotions? Woof!
- 5% but my guidepost didn’t move, only raise was a merit increase up the guidepost.
