fyi people working in wi will be mandated to use trackit in the upcoming weeks, this software is used to track hours worked. wi leader are looking for ways to do silent layoffs and this is one of their tools. attrition was low during rto efforts so more people need to be let go.

Correct. Lie on your PPMC. Say you are busier than you are. You won’t get more work and you’ll be viewed as a top performer. Been doing it years.
Just do what other groups have been doing for years on PPMC and lie about your time.

The micromanagement is off the charts and has only gotten worse over the years. It feels like adult daycare opposed to an office.
Good, there are multiple people constantly coming in around 30-40% of their productivity goals.
Fidelity hired a lot of folks during COVID and they decided to not have layoffs. They have to reduce headcount somehow. It’s taking a long time but they’re doing it.
I can confirm it’s happening in PI in the next few weeks. What is up with the micromanagement at fidelity, it’s insanity.
