They have let go almost half of their HR staff, if not more over the last 12-18 months. With many more on the way!!

Lack of tenure will continue while there are silos and refusal to fully embrace new talent or include them on meetings and key information. This is not isolated and is felt by many peers across the organization.
Any other groups planned? GFS was impacted late 2024.
It’s a shame at a time of record performance and company growth. Ability to lead with a clear vision is lacking and will continue until the company addresses the lack of tenure.
