You all were warned Long ago….
If you won’t listen to people, this is what happens.
Maybe….just maybe we know a thing or two… Getting you to listen is a whole nother can of worms. 🪱

How do you teach the know it alls anything ? Answer …. You don’t… you sit back far away and watch them die in the icy cold of space….

This was completely avoidable. But no one can tell you anything ever. 👋👋👋

Lousy selfish boss. You dont set up a mystery meeting if you have an ounce of common sense or humanity. Take some satisfaction knowing He/she will be experiencing the same shorty.

Inside Xerox , never a good thing if your boss wants to see you… Either he’s giving you more work or you are being fired ..
Don’t make the mistake of expecting an attaboy complement or a well deserved bonus..

It might be a good thing. What exactly is xpns?

It's hard to explain, but at the tech power house has a micro and it no one wants it.

If you've spent years here, you have more skills that marketable, than you may realize. If it's our number being up, face the exit with pride. It will get better for you.

This happened to me a year ago.

Keep your chin up, don't let them see you sweat. Also, ask what the specific reason is for your termination, in case they try to change the narrative later.

I wish I could reassure you but it sounds like your number has come up. It won't be an easy thing to go through but there really is life after Xerox. As everyone said, get every snippet of info exported today. Get all your contacts off your phone and think of who you'd want to use for a reference. Good luck to you and please let us know how things turn out.

Print out anything of importance right now:
Retirement, 401k, health benefits, important xerox contacts for HR and finding out 401k and benefit info after you are POSSIBLY let go. Anything that only exists in your xerox email or on the xerox employee site, including remaining holidays, print out a visual for that one. You will not be able to get this information easily afterward.
Don't let them sc--w you out of anything you earned.

I hope you have at least a year of emergency funds saved up. Regardless with no transferable skills your career is toast.
