If the last few years haven’t made it obvious that it’s time to leave, I’m not sure what will. I walked away 14 months ago, and my life has gotten better in ways I never expected. Seriously, just leave. Staying and waiting for things to improve at that place is a waste of time.

As someone else who left the organization, I also come back here to see what's going on. The reality is that over the decades we have made friends with a lot of people within Pepsi and we like to keep abreast of the latest news and events. I can say, with 100% honesty, that I don't miss the company or the culture, but I DO miss the people.
