Adjust factor 0.69 , now at 62% of target. Looking forward to next years continued improved profit sharing formulas for LL6 & below.

How did you get your personal factor? I thought it wasn’t available for another few weeks?
This 90 percent is the new 100 percent stuff is BS. My compensation notification says one thing, then management comes up with some BS to save the company another 10 percent on top of the AICP by arbitrarily cutting employee bonuses. I feel like there should be a lawsuit in this somewhere.
