Thread regarding Ford layoffs

To those who still care about Ford, and America

Both parties are spineless and work largely to support the status quo.

But, I cannot support Trump policies which will result in cutting jobs given to LEGAL Americans who only want to support their country.

If you want to build an efficient system you do not start by removing the people with the most knowledge about the system. Trump has shown he has the power to do this without affecting jobs.

We as Americans will not see any money as a result of these cuts. It will go back to things like the Sovereignty Fund, or to the Faith Office which will funnel money to false idols and prophets.

This is what the beaurocrat MBA class does - we have seen it at Ford time and time again. Look at McKinsey, Jack Welch etc. Look at how performance reviews now work like Amazon, random ratings to justify cuts and keep yes-men on board.

Do you want your country to be run by these kinds of people?

Companies hire non-whites not because they like non-whites but because they can’t fill all the positions with whites with correct skills even if they try to

AI Overview - Ford doesn't care about America. Key Supplier Countries: Mexico and China are major suppliers of Ford parts.

i have mixed feelings. the status quo was clearly not working, and chaos is a ladder. having the chaos created by the oligarchy with authoritarian vibes isn't great, however it's a moment that has its advantages

I don't support Biden's policies either. We need companies that are incentivized to run smaller and more efficiently. No stock buybacks, no outsourcing core competencies. American companies are a shell of themselves because of MBA "efficiency" practices.

Ford, and Americans were tricked by the EV tax credits into investing too heavily and too quickly into "cheap" EVs, subsidized by the government.

We have been struggling to build reliable vehicles for years due to cost cutting by MBA types who only understand the world through KPIs. Those with knowledge and experience being driven out or forced into retirement did not help either.

Do you prefer Biden’s policies of claiming to have created nonexistent jobs?

This is an awful take that shows the OP has no idea what they are talking about. Probably a DEI hire.
