Hi gang, FLNA here. For annual bonus payouts, do you have to work through 3x2 to receive those?
I found a new role outside of the company and do not know the ruling on this. The bonus is obviously for 2024 performance, but if I leave in, say, 3x1, what happens? No bonus at all?
Any insight would be very helpful here.
12/31. As long as you worked through that day you will get your layout. Albeit dismal this year.
The date you must work through to get your bonus is December 31st.
I'm in the exact same boat. Waiting for my offer to come through this morning but planning to make my first day 3/10 so I ensure I get my bonus.
I know someone who left the company before payout and they got theirs. But you had to work until the end of the year or I think it would be pro-rated
