Post COVID some folks were bragging about how they didn't set foot on Chevron property for two years...
Clearly, outsourcing was unheard of, entirely unknown to the planet, in the pre-pandemic world. Anything you read about Exxon's Bangalore Technology Center being established in 2017 is a lie. The only jobs in India involved making curry prior to widespread WFH.
A great way to self identify that your job should be shipped to India is to WFH. Go ENGINE!
