The Dynamic Calculated severance pay in Workday is no longer available for me to see. Wonder why they removed it.

I’ll show you my package……….
Get ready for more of this incompetency once we transition to Bangalore, India.
Just another example of how organized leadership is at this company… they can’t even “not tell us something” without sc--wing it up!
Removed from mine too, was also a 2026 date. Interesting if they are being sly on the 13th Feb calculation date.
Feedback for ELT , try to be more transparent on what matters, it may then look like you know what you are doing. Leaders lead, take ownership of your actions… if you are not up to that your AEOI will be welcomed.
Agile, baby, Agile…
You would think it would be enabled only for those who raise their hand.
So they're purposely fu--ing people out of severance increases due to potential raises in the coming weeks? Or there just won't be any raises in the coming weeks?
My information stated the severance offer was valid until Dec of 2026. Interestingly they calculated the amount to my salary and time with the company at Feb 13th but the offer is valid until Dec 2026. So the time in service with Chevron stops as of Feb 13th, 2025.

The programmer was probably located in India :)
You mean the fix has been pushed to production?
Some IT guy made a programming error that made numbers visible to all. The bug has now been pushed to production.
Removed for all
They found out you were posting on this site and said “no package for you”
It was removed for me too. Is there anyone that can actually still see it?
You must not be in scope anymore.
