The company appreciates their employees so much our reviews are past due! Not that they mean anything because overall is not based on your actual performance it’s based on dept. pet for that year! I love when told, “I have no complaints, you do a great job, and you’re always looking for ways to improve the processes” but the rating or increase does not reflect the performance!

I got a high performance Director rating, but like so many others, I got demoted, to Senior Manager. But yeah, take these reviews seriously and continue to work hard 🤡
Is the review by the higher exec the reason why they’re late? Then it’s just another slap in the face for us valued/respected employees.
Nobody cares about reviews anymore because you keep hearing the same script over and over.. We can't give you exceeds across the board because politics tells us we can't.. Even though you do a stellar job and go above and beyond, we are gonna give you meets minimum as if you just started working here...its ashame the employees can't give upper mgmt their reviews...
Higher executives review it before you get to see it.
