How do you file for suspected retaliation? Where do we report it?

Lawyer.
MDHR = Minnesota Dept of Human Rights (not resources)
Ethics hotline goes out to a few different teams internally while intake itself is outsourced.
I’m aware of the following grouos that take over Ethics calls:
— HR - newer group under Rodrigo
Maybe? He’s not exactly a champ.
— Legal under Kevin somewhere
— Corp Financial Audit group under Ashraf and Monish.
Beware that while the Ethics hotline is captured elsewhere, it is dispersed to internal 3M Employee units.
Had a few colleagues attempt to negotiate 3M using lawyers based on “wrong doing” (I’m not Judge and jury or educated enough to say if it was or wasn’t) but 3M wasn’t responsive to their attorneys or demands. No replies from 3M. Ignored the demands over the entire period.
I recommend the ethics hotline. Hr will not help. It’s because they don’t have the competence, or the strength of doing the right thing, or integrity. They decide your case based on how their day is going. Hr in 3m is paradise. Very little work, good grades and pay. They have no incentive to work hard or honestly. Dod you see the shitshow that is tammy peps in EO townhalls? She is hr for 50% of 3m. Not encouraging.
I am wondering about this too....but I am already done with my 45 days. I have not signed the papers yet.
Use the ethics hotline....it is OK.
Yes a lot of words are not allowed because those doing the programming are functional illiterates. If the word has too many letters it must be bad.
The word that was ——— out is: H. E. N. H. O. U. S. E.
From experience…
- Asking the fox to investigate the h-nhouse is a bad idea.
- EEOC is a toothless tiger.
- Retain a labor attorney, a litigator.
Go through corporate HR, not Division level. Division level HR management is there to protect the company, not the individual. Just my opinion based on past experience.
Go to 3Ms speaking up resources. All listed on the site internal and external.
