This is great! To amplify the social distinction and pariah status of the NSIs, they'll be banned from the neighborhoods and forced to work from the coffee shops until kicked out then work outside to receive surly remarks from everyone else.
I'm gonna set up a swanky tent and beg for crumbs from the Outstanding with Distinction folk.
It's for the homeless (NSI) from your neighborhood, we will need to work from the tents!
