We are about to lose some very big $ contracts. Apparently customer service people are getting cut by the hundreds. Tik many complaints be issue of lack of good service and unreal amount of incompetence. Huge $ contracts going to our competitors offering white glove service. People get lazy working from home plus for some reason no one changes their smoke alarm battery and customers are sick of the laziness, the rudeness, the obstinate attitude and some CS reps drag their feet when they should be going above and beyond. Prepare for huge losses. And these other companies won’t hire you if the know you’re from BCBS because you all have a reputation in the industry. Better start applying to Mc Donald’s.
