'major' is overstating quite a bit. The guy had no impact, other than create a little chaos.

It's time to hire an Indian sales head, J2 as the engineering head, Lz as the service head, and then CR will be around a group to give him daily BS.

They should have forced a LR of a huge portion of the splunk over burden before the acquisition. As smart as cr thinks he is, this was one of the biggest financial and overall business sc--w ups yet, only to be outdone by his hiring of mm, promo of lc, and the dei stupidity. 4 years max before they gut everything in services and farm it out to the incompetent partner community. Then it's over and csco changes it's name to temu.

Good riddance. He was the one who laid off a bunch of Splunk employees after the Cisco acquisition was announced but before it was completed. What kind of BS is that.
