Central MISSED PLAN AGAIN. Maybe Central avp should not defund events so he can use budget to go to London to see his favorite team. Most everyone else made plan. Cisco exceeded plan. Something wrong here. Time for his LR.

OP - It is just not the Defunding of events at the top. The other 2 areas have all these events to include Tech Days. It is also our Ops OD and SSEM too. From Top down always blame people. Never have our backs. Never takes accountability. Very poor leadership. There is a reason people are leaving. More are leaving soon. LRs are needed for those 2 in the Land of the Heart.
Our west AVP is a fan of our events. We have had several Tech Days and we have another one coming up in March. Glad I am in the West. We are #1.
