Are there any reasons why we cannot see any WARN notices on the State's site?

brilliant... way to undermine the reporting system. Typical ILMN.
I was affected today. Three month retention so I'm part of staying on the payroll for extra 90 days.
Somebody posted that this will probably be for the best, to get out now. I'm already seeing that's the case.
Because they have never updated instantly. Check back in a few weeks.
WARN is bypassed by keeping your employee/payroll status for the 60 day notice period.
