I guess Gogo thinks if he just ignores Elliott and doesn't say anything about them, they'll just go away.

Surprised GO GO and ELT have not released any statement yet, again showcasing their incompetency to run this company. In Townhall tomorrow communication s-cking team will frame the questions ahead and also answers to GO GO , hope he can read answers with out teleprompter that’s bare minimum we are expecting from this incompetent CEO.
His association with Mckinsey and paying them $$$ is excruciating painful to watch and endure. I wonder what he got in return need an ethical lawsuit against GO GO

Based on the letter and presentation I'd say the ELT were well aware this was coming. Elliott would have pressured them hard behind the scenes first. ELT must have told them to kick rocks and totally burned the bridges for Elliott to release this total and almost personal hit job on the ELT. Did anyone else think "streamline66" and all the over the top shield branding in the presentation were basically making fun of advantage66 and mocking the company?

The criticisms of the elt and consultant spend BT failure are legit but I think their whole proposal is weak and mostly boils down to wall street isn't valuing the company properly and if we split it up the valuations will go up. Seems like a drastic move, maybe try marketing the company to wall street differently, or do a better job informing investors in earnings calls idk.

What do yall think could the psx refining kit achieve the same realized margin as our peers? I suspect a big issue is our RIN position relative to Valero. Trump should get rid of the RINs and farmers should use their land to grow something besides corn ethanol IMO. Solves that problem for psx too. Maybe there is a way to increase realized margins without massive CAPEX projects but idk p66 has enough smart refining people, if that could have been done I think it would have by now.

Didn’t refining lose money or make significantly less money last quarter vs midstream?
