Give me that sweet severance money, and I’ll be on my way happily, as Sabre is no longer the same company I joined over a decade ago. I understand that change is inevitable, but too many things have shifted for the worse, with none improving enough to make me want to stay.

Why didn't you take one of the many, many previous offers then?
It's people like you that drag the company down. If you're so miserable, get out...
Then leave. Move on. Stop the whining.
The package going to be offered will be much less in the past, Sweet Package days are gone.
Unless you are ready to retire this is foolish. People are having real problems finding work for more than a year on social media right now.
