Was offered a job recently in sales at ILMN. I was interested but finally some manager there decided that I was not an aggressive enough salesperson 😂. Looks like they are desperate.

2 persons laid off in the GIS part of the team that support ILS UK team. Job aparently moving to India.
Most times the managers either do know or do affect them, everyone in Operations did a "stack rank" of their employees that put a number on how impactful and effective your output was
AMR Information Security affected. India site was a threat to the job security of the GIS folks.
They had lost many good and brilliant employees in GIS. People now have very low morale of what just happens. No matter how good you are and what you contribute to the Company, at the end of the day business as usual. tsk tsk

The two Jacob’s have a lot to answer for. They have f’d the share price and are now firing the people that are keeping this company afloat.
To be honest they need to go along with the head of Europe… God knows how he kept his job. Nikki and Gretchen are so much better but he stays!

I love when some a-hole in sales think that their role is any more important than others "in middle management" just because it is customer facing. Those middle managers make sure there are products to sell you nimrods. Now go buy another overpriced dinner and get drunk on the company dime at all of our expense and cry us all a river.

I love generating revenue for this company every month while simultaneously wondering if some middle manager (who never met a customer before) is going to keep their job instead of me. Super cool. Love it. Such great morale.
