Quite so far not heard anything
You could have scrolled back here and seen many variations of your question asked and answered mostly with clueless guesses along with a few posts using elementary school math to figure out how many bodies are likely to go based on the leftover from the $1B allocation in August and a list of ways Cisco to get the body count down that much with or without a layoff.
Cisco really needs to swap out their staff with people curious enough to use the resources already available to them to learn rather than have everything spoon fed to them on a daily basis. While that number is far greater than the 10,000 so many dream of here you have to back up that proposition with something that can overcome the opposing forces of the remaining staff to really improve (think "leadership") and to not completely freak out wall street.
If not this time, then next time
Wait for the earnings call to see if they're announced.
After Chuck confirming there would be no new layoffs in February, it would be quite a shame if there are new announcements.
Is the call today the public earnings call or I ternal? I don't have anything internal in my calendar
Friend told 10k layoff will be announced in todays earnings call
Has anyone been notfied?
A big new!
Approx 3k expected this time
How much did they set away? Est on # of employees?
win win either way. get severance. and job market is improving
LRs are happening, 100% even if they don't mention it during the earnings call. They set aside funds from FYE24 for LRs in Feb CY25. They don't need to say sh-t tomorrow as its already been "announced" as per the SEC rules.
