If you enjoy dealing with ineffective direction, indecisiveness, lack of employee empowerment, duplication of efforts, micro-management, inexplicable AI implementations, endless meetings, and the "thought of the week" initiatives, constant monitoring, tracking, assigning seating, and supervision of bathroom or coffee breaks, checking where we park—it's a lot. I've been here a long time and have seen it all!
Another year of "AI" and most of them should and will be gone.
What ever happened to an LL6 being required to have six (6) folks working under them?
Here's an "efficiency / TVM" idea make them have at least 10 employees or they are out, does an empowered professional workforce even need an LL6 - really? Mine brings me to all the meetings to answer all the questions, and he-l I can just grab the assignment without their help to say "can you do this and when can you have it done". May as well get us some parrots.

Knowledge sharing about pay across companies is important for many reasons. I don't have the answer to your question, but I see nothing wrong with you asking for this info. Knowing how Ford people are, you won't get the answer you are looking for. They like to keep everything a secret, while they cry inside. They've been taught well on how to behave.
