Thread regarding Ford layoffs

Is this still active at Ford

A long time ago circa 2007-2010 I used to sit on a council for salaried people who were fired or disciplined. There were five of us and a HR rep. We would sit and hear appeals from salaried people who got disciplined. Wondering if this exist anymore. It was a way to grieve people an appeal for termination and severe discipline.

Get rid of DEI. It's only benefiting 1 type of people, those who are expecting handouts and blaming others for their problems. They don't deserve any just because of their color.
Work hard for it just like everyone else.

You're all still complaining about DEI?

You know age is covered under that umbrella too? Or are you just butt-hurt ex-Sollers employees?

"Oh wait a minute Trump is going to get rid of the DEI sh-t. YAY."
No, he won't. He will be blocked by
10 unelected 'judges' and 100 lawsuits.
Unfortunately very little progress will happen.
They will just learn to hide it better.

I am going to say no. But, what they might have now is a DEI team to make sure that certain people are not fired. Get my drift? LOL. Oh wait a minute Trump is going to get rid of the DEI sh-t. YAY.
