How much money do we spend on DEI at this company?

DEI’s true cost is much more expensive. Lawsuits from the discriminatory practices it is based on will be in the millions. Alienating customers has a high opportunity cost. The true cost of having unqualified employees is also very severe.

Not very much. Mostly salary and benefits for 2 small teams for field and HO. ERGs don't really have a cost. It is a drop in the bucket compared to most other things the company spends money on. DEI spending is not wasteful when you think about the benefits to attract and retain talent and to attract and retain new clients.

Timmy ji vocabulary is limited to only 3 words namely: Field, Advisor, Tool
I hail from the other side of the world and english is my 2nd language. However, I have a larger vocabulary than he does. I recommend him to join Rapidex English Speaking Course.

Agreed, JS has actually said that without the new ebony and rainbow sensualist customers there would be no new growth, business would actually be declining

What I've interpreted from TG so far is that money can and should be spent on DEI, but it needs to benefit the bottom line or company goals in some way. For example, diversity training and outreach for the field is meant to bring in more clients from different communities and more FRs to sell product. Money used for internal mentoring programs is meant for staff development.

If this is a serious question, I would say it's probably about right by now...even though I really don't know the answer. This is just my observation, but in true NM fashion, we over-rotated early on, but now it's probably getting into the "about right" range.

@ICS , I'm a avid reader of this board and the ICS guys are making good contribution. It's great to know that something positive is coming our way. Is the ICS team based out of FRK/MILK/NYC ?

Look at this guy trying to make it sound like this is some respectable, tight-knit community. The people on this site are such losers, it’s hilarious

Look, the posts on the site are finally getting some respect across campus, especially with the ICS truth coming out.
Then you guys have to pull this kind of stuff.
Why are you all acting like kids and arguing over nothing? TG is reading the news, and he's a smart guy. He'll make a call about DEI soon.
All this petty bickering about DEI here isn't going to change his mind. It just makes the people who are trying to contribute something meaningful here look bad.
