Thread regarding Medtronic Inc. layoffs

Meta carrying out performance-based layoffs. Will Medtronic follow?

Meta laid off 5% off of its workforce because the employees were "underperforming." Meta is using this tactic to avoid paying severance to those employees. Many of those employees had achieved and exceeded performance reviews. It is only a matter of time when Medtronic will use this tactic and not pay RIF employees severance. Hail shareholders.

Sell your $MDT stock and buy $META. No brainer! Zuck has been and will continue to beat the S&P. Don’t bet against him.
