If you could add any story about the workplace toxicity that exists at EM, what would you share?

How about cover ups of integrity investigations and workplace toxicity?

Has anyone asked why the employees who leave loath the company? Even retirees.

Is it the micromanagement? Complete over correcting? Lack of decision making? Punting of accountability?

Complete lack of leadership and understanding in HR? That’s why you’re bringing in people at the top from the outside who aren’t doing sh*t in their jobs.

Anyone wondering where the new board members are? Cashing in their earnings checks.

Useless HR that do nothing about favoritism, racism, and agism. All the isms.
PIP ing of employees while hiring contractors to fill the jobs. Selective use of safety incidents some employees are shielded from severe incident while others are Piped due to minor safety infractions. The overt love some supervisors give to favorites while the others they don't talk to. The creepy supervisors that flirt with the good looking or decent looking women. The constant use of non experienced employees to do work that we have employees that have experience in. The Piping of employees for stupid reasons such as communication, delegation and engagement. Employees are Piped even if they have no one to communicate, delegate or engage with in their job role.

bullsh-t artists boasting of innovation when in reality, the company and its employees are extremely behind of tech… sc--w those California libs though, am I right? questionable ethics and more than likely corruption and law breaking. firing whistleblowers and vehemently denying it through second rate lawyer is kind of telling. Oh - and lying to investors. that one is a red flag. darren and his concubine managers who parade as leaders are cool with it though. nice one, 007
