I wonder how close the cuts will come to the front line. Route reps and merchandisers never have to worry since we can never hire enough to stay staffed. Will district managers manage both soda/salty reps and merchandisers? Will KAM’s and TM’s cross over also? I feel this is imminent, although I don’t think they are ready for it this year.
