Another 1990s buzzword. Right sizing. Yeah, right! Only for people below LG14. I haven't any buzz this week, maybe HR is planning for a big DEI Halloween bash and didn't have time for walking long time employees to the gate. Good luck to all (who are left).

The point system is not well designed from the start
Some people are giving it out indiscriminately. Until it has no meaning or any effect
The same way that A3M is being rolled out.
Piece meal.
Points system - a local intro to the social credit score.
Wonder who comes out with this stupid points system?
Not well thought off initially with many employees exploiting the system. HR ended up with introducing many restrictions/measures
I received EveryDay Wins, then I got eliminated.
Rightsizing, leadership makes the decision to "size" in the first place - does this mean they previously engaged in wrong sizing?
“Everyday wins” program. We get points when we receive awards for tasks well done. Those points are used to redeem stuff from a catalog.
What is the points program about? I left a couple years ago and haven’t heard about that one.
Some gender ID challenged gave you a neg. I gave you a plus. Yes 3M hates white heteros-xual males.
I'm waiting for the corporate hyped drag queen contest at 3M Center. That will take our minds off of right sizing, earplugs, worthless GESPP, PFAS, DEI, A3M, the playbook, the stupid employee recognition points program, and the rest of this insanity.
Can you imagine Monish is a pink dress.
