For a layoff website this place is awfully quiet for one of the likeliest layoff weeks in a while. What do you ppl know that i dont?

There been budget reductions in Q3. It affected red badges so a lot of people got let go.

That this question keeps getting asked here as if each were the first time because none of you asking this can read and the long list of replies demanding any given outcome as absolute truth are nothing but guesses.

Layoffs, PIPs, attrition and simply holding back hiring can be used to get Cisco to the number of bodies they want. Ask yourself how the biggest tech companies maintained an average tenure of 2-3 years without layoffs until the past year or so.
