Yesterday I saw a post and a number of comments related to 3M cost savings by cutting employees with pension plans before they get to 55. This morning those posts are gone. Why?

I had several post about Mark Murphy (who is c suite) taken down. I mean why would anyone defend that toxic leader that only know how to take credit for other people’s work ?
there is about a thousand of forums here, one for every major company.
If something gets deleted it’s due to site’s rules violation, I think it can be found somewhere in the footer.
In short, don’t make posts with this stuff:
- foul language and insults
- personal info of employees or mgrs (c-level's ok as they are public figures)
- threats
- trolling
- spamming (or tons of posts with the similar text)
- impersonating
- off-topic posts about politics, religion or race/nationality/ethnicity
- direct advertising
I probably left something out, check the rules in the footer.

Besides Peter the Hobbit, there is almost certainly someone from HR monitoring this site that reports comments they believe are too out of line.
To those commenting on Kearney… the real question is…who is monitoring and has the ability to delete posts? I read the rules and one can’t use names or profanity and it needs to stay on related to layoffs but it is not consistent as we saw “Rodney” mentioned numerous times in the PSD posts. The pension post didn’t have anything wrong other than one person commented to get a lawyer which in these cases is an option for those let go.
Why would you think that Kearney would be able to delete posts here?
FYI: Kearney has the ability to delete any posts here.
Exactly. It’s as if this board is not really anonymous and is actually full of management and HR Schills. Any mention of forming a union or getting legal involved is struck down? Lots of posts regarding encouraging people to quit? I thought the intent of this board was to inform of any job losses?
You know exactly why.
