From what I understand in total over 400 employees will be fires again on Feb 22.

That article references people who were already given pink slips.
I am quite certain that this is referring the ones that have already been laid off. Many of those let go had to stay until February 22nd to get their severance package. All kinds of rumors going on though about some stores closing.
