I was on the call when Walt announced RTO. One of the things he said was that people who were working from home were less productive and “That we have the data right here!” But then failed to present any of that data. Well come to find out that data shows that there is no difference in productivity. So what was the real reason Walt? You liar

Schwab managment can't manage people that lied about showing up and now we have RTO? What's the point of being in charge if you don't know how to lead?
The reason is those who agreed to be in office part time. Offices were redesigned, and then no one showed up. So now we all have to show up. I can deal with a commute. It’s the soft, weak whiny babies in office I can’t stand.
Shhh senior management will not openly tell on themselves. They will just make it look like it’s about you… not them.
Productivity is productivity. RTO is about power and control.
LAITW. They’d fire managers with poor performing remote staff if they wanted remote. In office makes you waste time, spend money, add fatigue and inflate commercial real estate values.
And what about the in-office "mouse j!gglers" I wonder...
Schwab is currently aware of a segment of employees that are using mouse j!gglers, it’s rumored they’re slowly letting people go who they are certain have been using them. The truth is you may be productive at home but not everyone is and that small bunch is ruining for everyone. I can almost guarantee schwab has data to prove it and they’ve been slowly accumulating it to announce full RTO
They aren’t going to show it but it’s all of the metrics we are graded on regularly. Calls handled, cases processed, after call work
What data is available to support this? I’ve not seen anything shared. What are they even measuring?
