This company is so ridiculous. Claiming to be a bank while teaming up with the Con-man in Chief. Taking stupid risks since the regulators won’t look at any more. 94% of donations to Re-pugs. Refusing to invest in people or technology to improve our work lives. If we are stuck working for “the man”… maybe it’s time to organize? At least to support each other through the day-to-day drama, and maybe to consider what other protections we could seek whenever we get an NRLB back…

Whoever the clown was that said you hated so much quit doesn’t realize that sometimes there’s nowhere to go. It’s like working in a coal mine in a town and there’s only one place to work in town management knows that they can gouge the employees so whoever said if you don’t like it so much quit I have some choice words for you. You’re an id--t and you’re probably part of the management team.
You’re obviously a plant or one of the very small minority of the company that the company takes care of to keep 98% of the employees at this firm down with inflation and the mediocre wages that were paid plus merit increases. It’s becoming more and more difficult to get by. This is not a good company and the person that wrote the comment above is obviously one of the management team that is being looked after
If the leaders love T so much, follow his leadership, offer to buyout or layoff employees that want it. How refreshing this current leadership would be with this offer. this gives everyone who wants it , and there are hundreds, a chance to be a winner again. MSGA
Yeupp a union won't have backing from NLRB but it can make a stink. And generate executive fear.
Use a different tool than this to organize and get the messaging straight.
We just need to be ready to get fired as soon as a vote is announced.
