It’s funny how some of us in sales are drilled if we don’t sell anything. Although in a specific core we have a rep that from what I hear she’s the interior decorator. Why do we have double standards? What makes her better than us? She hasn't sold anything in months but she parades around the office on speaker phone so we can see how dedicated she is (BS). This is total cr-p! This lady treats the cleaning person like trash ! Embarrasses her in front of everyone! But still no sale☹️ good luck to your core. People like this are the reason xerox is loosing millions!

Some people (in this case, SG!) aren’t kept around for their talent.....they’re kept because of what they know. Once mediocre in HR, now mediocre in sales, but still on the payroll to keep certain stories buried. Titles change, but mediocrity sticks.
We will see if they survive inside sales takeover.

Why you hating on decorators? Sounds like you need to familiarize youself on Xerox’s DEI (Xerox Branded as DIBs) initiatives. People like you really bring us all down. Xerox spending thousands of hours and who knows how many $$$ on PowerPoint slides and you gotta undo dat with you hating.
